If you are here for a stay in Los Alamos or White Rock, we think you are in for a treat. Whether you are here for a quick visit, a summer LANL intern job, going to school at UNM-LA for a while, or just visiting family or friends, Los Alamos continues to be the place where discoveries are made. There’s camping, birding, the Los Alamos History Museum, the Los Alamos Nature Center and free concerts by Ashley Pond. There are lectures, exhibitions and events such as the annual Los Alamos ScienceFest.
Los Alamos Community life features small-town living with friendly neighbors, low crime and an excellent school system. You can visit nearby Valles Caldera National Preserve and Bandelier National Monument.
